"President Buhari’s Problem Is Spiritual, Not Medical" – Abuja Based Prophet.... by Scapoos(m) : 5:14 am On May 21

Abuja-based prophet, Wisdom Nnamdi Ezeigwe, popularly called “Ojenanmuo” has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to come back home and seek spiritual cleansing rather than travelling abroad intermittently to seek the help of medics who obviously do not possess answers to his life’s major queries.
Ojenanmuo who recently relocated to Abuja from the United States of America said what Mr Buhari needs is more prayers and not more chemicals in his body.

“I sincerely empathize with our dear president but as a prophet of the most high God, my advice to Mr President is for him to come back home and seek spiritual help. You cannot have, in your backyard, all these people operating on a higher spiritual level and then you are going abroad to seek medical assistance. What the president needs to get better is within the country and this is a spiritual matter, not medical.

“Mr President’s sojourn in foreign countries for medical help is not the solution, rather he should look inwards and seek the face of God through the assistance of spiritual physicians who are in abundance in Nigeria”, he advised. Ojenanmuo who spoke with Saturday Vanguard after an inaugural service to open the headquarters of his church, World Solution Centre Ministry WSCM in Katampe, Abuja also counselled Nigerians not to despair, saying the country would soon exit recession.

He said, “with faith in God by the people, the nation would exit recession very soon”, urging the leaders to hold on to God and do right by Nigerians. He was however quick to add that Nigerians must begin to lead sacrificial lives in order to obtain favour from above. “Without sounding immodest, I do not eat anyhow. I am very careful about my relationship with the opposite sex; I pray a lot and I am concerned about giving to the poor.

Before now, I had slept under the bridge in Lagos, for several months. Now, in our individual and public endeavours, we must begin to draw closer to God, stop living in sin and then make ourselves available to help others. We need to begin to deny our flesh certain privileges; we must suffer the flesh to grow spiritually, because it is the spiritual that controls the physical”, he stated.

He urged leaders at all levels to begin to discharge their mandates effectively or get ready to face the wrath of God.

Photos; See What A Man Did For A Carpenter Who Helped Him In School 20 Years Ago by Scapoos(m) : 7:15 am On May 21

A Nigerian man identified as Onyebuchi Emenanka who graduated years back from Abia State University ABSU has paid a 20-year-old debt to a carpenter who helped his almost twenty years ago... Read what he shared on his Facebook page below;

PAYING A 20 YEAR OLD DEBT

Today, I decided to put a big smile on someone's face. When the ABSU event was over and on my way back, I did a stop over at the place where I used to live as a student on Agiriga Street Okigwe.

My mission was simple - to pay a surprise visit to my old neighbors, who are mostly local carpenters and petty traders.

I moved into that area sometime in 1998 and lived there till 2001 when I graduated. My brother Chiemezie Nwakanma was living there then and helped me secure the room. We were next door neighbors. Iyke Aaron and Chizuru Kanu later joined us there.
There is this particular carpenter who was so kind to me then. He would do my carpentry works free of charge and will lend me money whenever I was broke. I didn't pay back most of those monies. The Mbano man was just nice to me and treated me like his own son.

The man has a penchant for speaking high sounding grammar and we named him the Professor of Carpentology, a title he cherishes so much... Heheheheheheheh.

17 years after, I stormed the place today and it was a big party. I ensured that there were drinks of different kinds and food to go round. All the carpenters stopped work to welcome their old neighbor. The women were not left out.
I told them stories of how that carpenter assisted me greatly and without seeking any pay back from me. I thanked all of them for the kindness and love they showed me then. They were all amazed that I could still remember all of that almost 20 years after.

The carpenter had a set of male triplets while I lived there. They are all grown now and one them works with him in his shop. He said the boy is brilliant but he has no money to train him in school. He lost his wife a few years ago.
There and then, I announced that I will send him to the university and bear the cost of his training. The man broke down in tears. I told him that his son should get a better life than he had. I am fully committed to keeping that promise. I shall help secure admission for him and see him through school. Who knows? He may be the channel through which God will liberate the family from the vicious cycle of poverty and deprivation.
It was a great day today as we drank and relived old times. I ensured that each of them got some small cash in their pockets.

Before I took my leave, they all asked me to kneel down while they said some prayers that touched my soul.

I felt a deep sense of fulfilment today. Yes...

Hazard Reveals What Caused Chelsea’s Slump Last Season (See Here) by Scapoos(m) : 9:05 am On May 21

Chelsea forward, Eden Hazard has revealed what caused the club’s flop last season.

Hazard said Chelsea lacked motivation last season and warned that the Premier League champions will be “in trouble” next term should they let standards slip again.

The Belgium captain said “motivation” and “fitness” may have played a part in the club’s slump but he is determined to learn from the experience.

He told reporters, “That’s football. Sometimes you are on the top, two years ago we won also the league, but last season was difficult for some reasons.

“Sometimes motivation is not on the top, fitness is not on the top, so a lot of things.

“[This season] we started well and we won the league, but next season we will be in trouble if we don’t work hard like we did this season.

“We need to be ready every year in the same level to be on the top.”

Fani-Kayode must stop insulting Buhari or we will act – Northern Youths

The Blues has already won this season’s Premier League title with a 1-0 victory over West Brom on May 12 after being on top of the table for much of the season.

Chelsea are also set to take on Arsenal in the FA Cup final on May 27.

Hazard has shown much of his old self manager Antonio Conte scoring 15 Premier League goals this campaign, and is determined to finish a fantastic season in style.

He added, “We can’t celebrate a lot because we have the FA Cup final, we have to be ready for that, but after West Brom we did a little party together.

“Even in the dressing room, it was good to see the smile on faces. I think at the end of the season we deserved to win this title.

“It’s not just me, the whole team, all the players they have been fantastic. We won a lot of games.

“We have one more game [against Sunderland on Sunday] and the FA Cup final to play. I hope we can win the double.”

PDP: Sheriff Loses To Makarfi At Supreme Court. by Scapoos(m) : 1:30 am On May 23

Ali Modu Sheriff, national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has failed in his bid to stop the Supreme Court from hearing an appeal filed by his rival, Ahmed Makarfi.

Makarfi is challenging a ruling by the Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt which pronounced Sheriff the party’s chairman. Moreover, Sheriff had asked the apex court to discountenance Makarfi’s appeal based on his (Sheriff) court affirmation as the party’s chairman. He said it was illegal for Makarfi to institute the legal suit since it was not recognised by law.

Akin Olujimi, former attorney-general of the federation, appeared for Sheriff, while Wole Olanipekun, stood as counsel to the Makarfi group.

After listening to both counsels, Walter Onnoghen, chief justice of Nigeria, leading the five-man panel, ruled in Makarfi’s favour.

“In this circumstance, we find merit in the appeal which is accordingly granted,” Onnoghen said

Based on the ruling, the Supreme Court is set to hear the appeal.
