A married woman has left many bewildered after she set herself, her husband and their house on fire over a disagreement. The man died from serious burn injuries after his wife set him on fire because he demanded for a divorce. Srey Mao, 28, and her husband Ma Yingfen, 51, from Hong Kong, had been arguing before the incident. On Tuesday afternoon they argued again and she stormed out and bought 10 small bottles of petrol. She set herself on fire at around 12.30pm on Tuesday afternoon in the Boeung Keng Kang II commune area in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Her husband was badly affected by the fire which burnt their apartment. Firemen rescued the couple from the burning apartment on the 4th-storey of the block. They later confirmed that Mr Yingfen died of his injuries in hospital while Srey Mao remained in hospital. According to police, one of the neighbours who works as a motorcycle taxi driver saw the woman return to the room with five litres of petrol. He told officers she “looked angry†and had “lost control†while the landlord had been trying to throw her out for several days. The woman is currently being treated for her injuries and her condition is critical.

 Some victims who claimed that they were kidnapped by Evans have appeared at the Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja, where they accosted the kidnap kingpin.
Evans also dismissed a female accuser, saying he does not kidnap women.
The kingpin also denied two of his alleged victims, who claimed to have paid N5 million and N10 million respectively.
Evans was reported to have told the two alleged victims that he does not collect such small amounts for ransom.
A man, who identified himself as Murphy Ajala, according to Vanguard, came along with claims that he was kidnapped by Evans but the kingpin denied abducting him.
Ajala, a hotel owner in Apapa, Lagos, accused Evans of kidnapping him in 2010 and demanding N10 million.
He told Evans that he abducted him at the entrance of his hotel after he returned from the Coronation of Ojota of Ijora and was taken in his Hummer SUV to a bush in Ajah.
The alleged victim, who claimed to be a British citizen, said Evans and his gang abandoned his SUV at Lekki, where it was later found.
When Evans came before Ajala, he looked at him and said bluntly; ‘’I didn’t kidnap you.’’
The kingpin demanded further, ‘’How much did you pay as ransom?’’ Ajala responded, “I paid N10million.â€
Upon hearing that, Evans declared, ‘’I don’t collect N10million as ransom.’â€
Evans also told another alleged victim, a middle-aged woman that “I don’t kidnap women.â€
The woman also came screaming that Evans kidnapped her and collected the sum of N5million as ransom.
Evans reportedly looked at the woman and said, “Madam, I wasn’t the one who kidnapped you, and I don’t kidnap women.
“I also do not collect ransom as little as N5million. You may have to look elsewhere for the person that kidnapped you.â€

 A Nigerian woman forming slay queen on Instagram has been disgraced by a boutique owner she was owing about N496,000 since September 2015 and hiding from her.
The woman who goes by the handles @batook55 and @tejupretty claiming to be a designer wardrobe stylist was caught at a party and dealt with by the woman she was owing. Teju was seen kneeling down to beg the woman.  However, it has been revealed that Teju was in the habit of always posting photos of expensive designer clothes and posh places claiming to be rich on her timeline. Some people were even made to believe that she was a designer with her own clothing line without knowing that she had nothing and that it was all a fake lifestyle.
 Nigerians have spoken out in rage attacking Teju for the deceptive lifestyle she decided to live.

As I write this…. I’m filled with so much hurt and regret. My girlfriend whom I thought would be patient enough for me so I could get married to her has broken up with me. I met her while I was writing my final year project in Yabatech about 4 years ago. We were cool together and the distance between us didn’t mean that much to me even though she stays in ikorodu and I stay in surulere. The problem started when I gained admission to UNILAG due to my decision for self development. I’m 31 years old and she is 25. During the last 2 years I noticed she has changed drastically I notice that she now has stuffs like new shoes and new bags. Which of course ordinarily she wouldn’t have been able to afford. The only time we see is on weekends and that’s because she is still in Yabatech schooling and sometime when she comes like that she acts funny with phone calls. The way she talks to some certain people so suspicious. But none the less she always feels cool with me and always wants to be around me. Could it be because of sex? I noticed that she behaves single at school and even on social media. We do not chat or use social media, we added each other but at a point I had to take her off because she doesn’t portray any thing that shows we are actually dating… I took her off all platform of social media and she wasn’t perturbed about it. I don’t actually know what’s going on in school or her place of residence but I have a very strong feeling that she has been cheating on me and some other guy have been buying her things I can’t get for her. But on top of this she was actually looking for school fees and I was deploying all methods to make sure she pays this on time and that alone made me confused!. We had a heated argument on Sunday and she was yelling and talking back at me… I left the house for her in annoyance only for me to come back and she is gone. She left a note that says that she is no longer interested. Guys please what should I do. I love this girl so frigging much. I can’t sleep or think straight right now. Nnamdi Kanu has received stern warning from the leading political party in the South-east, APGA over his new status as an Emperor. The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has decried Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, leader, Nnamdi Kanu’s call on Anambra people to shun forthcoming gubernatorial poll in the state. The party, in a letter to Mr. Kanu, signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Ifeatu Obiokoye, and made available to the media in Awka on Monday, said the call was irresponsible and devoid of intellectual focus. It said that Kanu had no authority to speak for the Igbos of the South-East, although APGA acknowledged him as the leader of IPOB. It explained that Biafra’s concept was a metaphor for the demand for equity and fair play in the Nigeria state and not a separatist movement. “Nnamdi Kanu’s call for a boycott of elections in the South-East, beginning with the governorship polls scheduled for November 18, 2017 in Anambra is irresponsible, irredentist and totally devoid of any focus. “You must appreciate that for different logical reasons and perception, the Biafra concept has attracted favourable comments among our people, ostensibly borne out of the marginalisation of Ndigbo in the Nigerian state. “While youths of the East are agitating for Biafra, the Arewa youths are equally restive; the same goes for NÃger Delta youths and youths from Oduduwa states. “In this popular agitation for Biafra, Ndigbo have not instituted a separatist movement or a terrorist gang as it were. We are more concerned about the continued existence of Nigeria under the present structural arrangement,†it said. The party said that it stood for restructuring and implementation of the 2014 National Conference resolutions “as a certain way to peaceful co-existence among ethnic nationalities and for dousing tension. It urged Mr. Kanu not to be carried away by the success of the May 30 sit-at-home call, which was attributable to many reasons, including fear. The party reminded Mr. Kanu that the right to vote and be voted for was a universally declared right under the United Nations Charter of People’s and Citizenship Right, and in the 1999 Constitution (as amended). It advised the IPOB leader to drop his “emperor†perception of himself “and humble yourself to the true leadership of Ndigbo for a proper and better articulation of the Biafra struggle.
