The newly appointed Speaker, Delta State House of
Assembly, Hon. Sheriff Oborevowre has been accused of using monies meant
for the payment of Local govt workers to "bribe" Urhobo traditional
rulers in a bid to secure his Delta Central Senatorial ambition.It
