Big Brother Naija winner, Efe Ejegba, has flown back to Jos, the city which holds his ‘before fame’ memories in a private jet. The ex-housemate shared his photo in the private jet, really had a cheerful smile in it. Upon arriving Jos, Efe was welcomed by the Commissioner for Tourism, members of TeamEFE at the airport, and then by the Plateau State Governor, Rt Hon Simon Lalong at the new government house little Rayfield, Jos. Heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, has revealed the Nigerian foods that gives him strength. The UK-based boxer born to Nigerian parents said his heart still belongs to Nigeria despite being rejected by the country’s boxing officials many years ago. Anthony, who knocked out Wladimir Klitschko, his Ukrainian counterpart, in a heavyweight fight at Wembley Saturday night, said he still enjoys Nigerian foods such as pounded yam, eba and egusi, which he described as the secret of his success. Speaking on how he feels achieving such feat, the visibly elated Joshua said, “Very humbled and not just for myself, but for the people that have worked with me, so it is important that I can only repay by achieving things in the ringâ€. “My heart is with Nigeria, my heart is with Britain, I’m a Nigerian by blood, yes. Eating eba with egusi is the secret of successâ€, he told Oma Akatugba of Sportsbrand. A former special assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has vowed to reveal how the United States conspired with the ruling APC to remove his former principal from office in 2015. He said this in a 10 minute video he posted on his Facebook page Saturday night. Recall that Jonathan in a book: “Against the Run of Play,†written by the Chairman of the Editorial Board of Thisday newspaper, Olusegun Adeniyi, alleged that United States President, Barack Obama connived with some world leaders, to push him out of office. Reno Omokri’s threat came a few days after Babangida Aliyu, former Niger state governor and ex-chairman of the Northern Governors Forum, gave a hint of possible US involvement in the electoral defeat of Jonathan. In the video, Omokri revealed that a US official, who was part of the meetings where his government colluded with some top members of the opposition, narrated how the meeting transpired. “I have names of those who attended and dates, venues of the meetings. “I will reveal in my book to be released in June but first I will give the manuscript for ex-President Goodluck Jonathan for his input.†Omokri also said he was of the opinion that Jonathan should not have responded to comments made in Adeniyi’s book for now. A jilted Zimbabwean soldier who made his wife eat his faeces after she asked for a divorce, was dragged before the Mutare Magistrates Court to face abuse charges. According to reports, Machisi Jani (30) pleaded guilty to the charges and will remain in custody pending sentencing.
The court heard that the couple had a matrimonial dispute on 11 April at about 8am, when Mudzimiri told her husband she wanted a divorce. This reportedly infuriated Jani, leading to him to beat his wife and bite her on the right hand. Jani then took his faeces out of his pants, and forced them into his wife’s mouth. Sulley Muntari walked off the pitch in protest during Pescara's clash with Cagliari on Sunday having been booked after reporting racist abuse to the referee. The 32-year-old said he heard the chants throughout the match at Cagliari's Stadio Sant'Elia and asked referee Daniele Minelli to stop the game.

The incident happened as the deceased, identified as Choji Zeng, was being dressed up by his brother, in preparation for burial. Family members, who had participated in the washing of the corpse, ran out in panic as they saw the dead Choji Zeng, holding tight to his younger brother Mr. Gyang Zeng. The pandemonium attracted mortuary attendants, who came in to separate the two brothers. The two brothers had lived together at Ungwan Juma’a Abattoir in Jos metropolis. Zeng, 35 years old, died after a brief illness, relations said. He was said to have suffered from a liver disease. Gyang Zeng confirmed the unusual incident to the News Agency of Nigeria. He said after bathing his brother, he was dressing him with white cloth, when his corpse grabbed his hands. He said he had to call the mortuary attendant for help. The mortuary attendant forced the dead hands off him. Relations and neighbours who witnessed the incident, also confirmed it to The News Agency of Nigeria. Gyang also revealed to NAN that when the deceased held his hands, he asked him; “Choji why did you hold my hand, you want me to join you or whatâ€. One of the mortuary attendants said that it was not the first time such a thing will happen in the mortuary. Mr. Benjamin Oche, a neighbour of the two brothers who also witnessed the incident told NAN that before the demise of the deceased, both brothers had a misunderstanding.
