EXPOSED: How Jonathan’s Men Approached Us With $3million Bribe For Votes – CIO by Emlr(f) : 3:17 pm On Dec 28

The Conference of Islamic Organisations (CIO) has alleged that some aides of former President Goodluck Jonathan approached the body with $3 million so as to canvass for their votes during the presidential election.

According to Leadership, Coordinator of CIO, Imam Abdullahi Shuaib, made this claim during the 22nd National Islamic Training Programme (NITP), holding at Odosengolu, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

He said they rejected the government’s offer tagged: “religious fund”, meant to secure support of Muslims in Nigeria for the ex-president and his party-PDP, during the general elections early this year.

“It is not a secret, they came, offering us over three million dollars, we said no…. It came through their proxies to us and we said no. And today we have been vindicated and it is not even part of our own culture to take bribe. We prefer to go hungry than to collect a bribe from somebody, that is unlawful.” He said that some officials of the Jonathan-led administration (whose identities were not disclosed) approached the CIO with money but it rejected “because we know very well that it was a bait; it was a poison and you cannot eat and dine with the devil and think the devil will not come after you.”he said shockedshocked

Re: MTN-NG + Simple android server (Reloaded) by Emlr(f) : 3:24 pm On Dec 28

cybermekx: Yea. 5GB is the total data threshold for any of the BB package u subscribed to and as well with the duration attached to that package.
Prefered ones are BBMINI and BBMIDID packages which has the subscription code of *216*3# and *216*4# respectively.
Depending on the duration you wanna go for, it all depends on subscribers choice.
For eg. BBMINI Day costs N70 .1 Week costs N350 and 1 month is N1000. Their sub codes are *216*3*1#, *216*3*2# and *216*3*3# respectively. All of them are capped at 5GB each. Au revoir.

Thanks for the clear explanation.

Di'ja opens up on her relationship with Don Jazzy by Emlr(f) : 3:30 pm On Dec 28

shockedHow did you choose your kind of music?
I didn’t, like I said I just became myself. I can write a song for 5 years. I still have songs that I haven’t finished writing since 2008. This is because there’s just this thing about been yourself. They won’t sound the same again. Some people kill themselves when they try to be like someone else. Some artistes go to a producer and say I love that Woju beat that Kiss Daniel sang on, I want something like that and then they don’t make a hit out of it like Kiss Daniel did. This is because you don’t know what mood Kiss Daniel was in when he was writing and recording Woju. So why not just be yourself and write your songs as they come from your heart. I like been crazy and I experiment my craziness while recording. Sometimes I would be like Altims or BabyFresh please commot that thing and they would be like they love it and I should do it again. Sometimes I would beg them to take it off and when Don Jazzy walks in I would be like a little disturbed and he would encourage me to be crazy, be free and be myself, he would say be stupid, it is actually trying to be stupid you find your smartest moment. Because it is during that moment of been stupid you would realize something that would pay off. I think Music comes with a form of madness. You just have to be free, crazy, stupid and yourself. Don’t try to please everyone, please yourself even if it takes you to be crazy.
Dija, the pretty Mavin Records Singer has been in the news for the past 4 weeks.

Reason?

She reportedly got married in Kaduna secretly a few weeks back, even though her manager denied it in a chat with Kemi Filani Blog.

Citypeople claims 'She didn’t make noise about it. She called a few of her friends and her mum invited her friends as well and traditional wedding took place in her compound in Kaduna.'

Well in this new interview, the Mavin star, Aphrodija talked about the first time she met Don Jazzy and more. Read the interesting excerpts from the interview below:

Meeting Don Jazzy, I felt like I was reborn. I met him through my manager. He told we were going to see a producer, I didn’t know where we were going so we ended up in Don Jazzy’s house. I didn’t even know where I was. I ended up meeting Baby Fresh, Altims and a few others. They started listening to songs that I had done before and I had this nervousness in me. Not long after, I saw a shadow behind me and when I turned around to see who it was at the door, it was Don Jazzy and I almost fainted, I just told myself to stay composed. It even got worse when Don Jazzy started listening to my songs, I just got so nervous. 1 thing I love about Don Jazzy is that he won’t promise you anything; rather he would tell you that he would do his best. He told us he would get back to us and the next day he pulled a call through and that was it. We started recording and we recorded quite a few tracks. At that time nobody was bothered about a contract or papers, we just wanted to work. From there I met Reekado and then Korede Bello. We didn’t even know there was a plan; we were just happy working and enjoying each others company. We recorded for about 8 to 9 months at that time before Don Jazzy even considered giving us a contract.
How were you able to convince your parents on you doing music?
I never really did, I always got into trouble doing it and when I went to school in Canada, I was doing it because I was far and my brother would encourage me to keep doing it. One of my friends put me in a competition, it was the Beat Music Award and we were about 200 that put in for the award and that was my first time singing to a crowd judging me. I know that I sang my best but it wasn’t my best that came out. I think it was the passion and everything in me. I ended up winning the competition to my surprise. From then on, this was in 2008, I started letting my mom and dad know. At that point I started understanding my dream. When I met Don Jazzy, I was at a point where I almost felt like going back away from music. At that point, we didn’t have a house in Lagos so I was staying with my aunt. Imagine waking up and leaving the house at 4am in the morning and telling her that you are going to the studio? She’ll be like, who does gospel music in the studio at 4am? I explained to my aunt. At that time I had met my manager, he even interviewed me and I was like “which one be this again’. He really took his time and I’m grateful for that. If you are really doing something you love, it might take a long time. Some people think I just kind of popped out. My professional life started in 2008.

Why APC Suspended Kaduna State Senator, Shehu Sani by Emlr(f) : 6:13 pm On Dec 29

Since Nasir el-Rufai won election as Governor of Kaduna State, Shehu Sani has been bitter. He thinks he should have been the governor if not that President Buhari asked him to step down for el-Rufai.

Alas! the Tudun Wada ward of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State, has suspended Shehu Sani, the senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial zone, from the party.

In a letter to the senator dated December 27, 2015, the party said
the suspension is for a period of 11 months. Mr. Sani was also banned from engaging in party activities in Kaduna State during the period of his suspension.

The letter was signed by the Secretary of the ward, Ahmed Abdulhamid, the Public Relations Officer, Auwal Mai Anguwa, and ex-officio member, Aminu Alilan.

The party listed Sani’s offences to include, uttering statements that “violate the rules of engagement of the party, factionalizing the party, and engaging in anti-party activities by criticizing the policies of Governor Nasir El-Rufai (at every given opportunity).”

“Hardly a week passes by that his group will not be on air criticizing and challenging the enduring legacies of Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, that his statement on national issues is not in conformity with that of the government and government of Kaduna State,” the statement read.

The state chapter of the APC also said the senator had chosen to remain in constant confrontation with the government of Kaduna State.

When contacted, an aide of Senator Sani, Suleiman Ahmed, said it was clear that those who wrote the letter were ignorant of the laws guiding the APC.

He said they were out to stop the senator from voicing his views about what he considers the anti-people policies of Governor El-Rufai’s administration.

“They are toeing the line of the state secretariat of the party,” Mr. Ahmed said. “So our reaction is that those that wrote this letter are ignorant of the party’s constitution and they are dancing to the tune of the state executive of the party and Governor Nasir El-Rufai.”

- after the grammar, Shehu Sani has been suspended and the party will meet to take a decision.

See How Secret Recruitment Is going At NSCDC(Civil Defence) by Emlr(f) : 6:08 pm On Dec 30

There are indications that the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) may have perfected plans to carry out mass recruitment of personnel secretly.

Though, the Corps had denied on several occasions that it was recruiting anytime soon, our reporter reliably gathered that employment process is actually taking place secretly.

Inside sources who wouldn’t want their names on print said some top officials of the Corps who are not comfortable with the sharing formula of slots were already having digging it out with the Commandant General, Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu.

According to the sources, the Commandant General gave 10 slots to each of the 36 states commandants while the Deputy Commandant General (DCGs) who form part of his management team got one slot each. Hence, the in-fighting.

One of the officers said most of the names have been compiled while the Corps is set to issue out appointment letters soon.

“The letters would be backdated several months and payments likely to be made. The newly-recruited are to be deployed in the states,” the source hinted.

Several attempts to get the reaction of the Commandant General proved abortive as his number was not reachable. However, the spokesperson of the NSCDC, Emmanuel Okeh when contacted on the phone, denied any rift between the CG and the DCGs.

He also denied the allegation that the Corps was recruiting, stressing that the information was not correct as the Corps has only got approval from the Presidency to recruit in March next year.

When quizzed, Okeh did not however state the number of personnel the Presidency has approved to be recruited.

He pointed out that: “We hear a lot of information about recruitment going on at the Corps, but we don’t take it serious again because we have come to realise that it is the desperate move of people to get employment that had led to people alleging that the Corps was employing.

“We are neither employing now nor doing replacement.”

I Regret All I Have Done, Nnamdi Kanu Apologises to Buhari by Emlr(f) : 6:09 pm On Dec 30

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and founder of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has expressed regret for referring to President Muhammadu Buhari as a terrorist, evil and a paedophile in his radio broadcasts.

Kanu, who has been charged along with two others by the Federal Government before a Federal High Court in Abuja on six counts of treason and other ancillary offences, said he intended to write a private letter to Buhari to express his apology to the President.

He also apologised to former President Goodluck Jonathan and Igbo elders for “some uncomplimentary things” he said about them.

The 48-year-old pro-Biafran agitation leader, who is, however, unapologetic about his demand for a Republic of Biafra, has been in the custody of the Department of State Services since his arrest in Lagos on October 14, 2015.

He tendered the apology for his comment against Buhari and others in a statement which he made to the DSS on October 23.

The prosecution, in its summary of the case, alleged that in one of the radio broadcasts by Kanu on August 1, 2015, he expressed his resolve to actualise the Republic of Biafra and “cast aspersions on the person and the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”.

The statement read in part, “Reference to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a terrorist, evil and a paedophile is regrettable and uncalled for and for that, I unreservedly apologise and will be doing so in a private letter to the President.

“Before PMB (President Muhammadu Buhari) there was the administration of Goodluck Jonathan. I also said uncomplimentary things about him and Igbo elders as well, which I now recognise should not have happened because it is un-African to be rude or insolent to elders.

“All I was trying to do is to draw attention to the problems afflicting society and something done about them.”

Kanu, who described himself as a Nigerian and a British citizen, justified his agitation for a Biafra Republic.

He said IPOB’s secessionist agenda was informed by the “incessant hardship, lack of holistic development in the socio-economic landscape of Nigeria, lack of youth employment, corruption in high offices and economic regression.”

He added that the agitation by IPOB, which, according to him, was founded in London in 2012 by a group of people from the South-South and South-East regions of the country, was in line with the United Nations Charter on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples ratified by African countries, including Nigeria.

In contrast to the counts of managing and assisting in the management of an unlawful society preferred against Kanu and two others, the Radio Biafra founder stated that IPOB, which the prosecution described as unlawful, was registered with the UN to pursue the rights of the people of Biafra.

He stated, “I can confirm that I, Nnamdi Kanu, is the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide as a legitimately and duly registered body at the United Nations pursuing the rights of a specific indigenous people, in this case, Biafra, to seek self determination according to the said charter.

“The reason for the formation of the Indigenous People of Biafra is to avail those referring to themselves as Biafrans the opportunity made available as a result of the United Nations declaration to seek the peaceful rebirth of Biafra in line with international law.”

Kanu, who is a son of a traditional ruler in Abia State, Sir I.O. Kanu, said he operated Radio Biafra, whose programmes “are designed to wake up the public from its slumber and address the issues of the time” because of his belief in free speech and freedom of expression.

He explained that the intended Biafra Republic comprised Enugu, Ebonyi, Abia, Imo, Anambra, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta states as well the Igbanke part of Edo State; Igala part of Kogi State and Idoma/Igede part of Edo State.

Apart from Kanu, one of the two other defendants in the six counts filed by the Federal Government is a Field Maintenance Engineer, David Nwawuisi, charged with the responsibility of maintaining MTN masts in Enugu State.

The other defendant, Benjamin Madubugwu, was said to be living in the Ubilisiuzo, Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State, where he allegedly received custody of a container, housing transmitters, from Kanu.

On December 23 during the accused persons’ appearance in court for their scheduled arraignment, Kanu refused to take his plea due to what he called his lack of confidence in the presiding judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed.

The judge promptly returned the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, for reassignment to another judge and the three accused persons were returned to the custody of the Department of State Services.

The fresh charges were filed against the three men barely 24 hours after Justice Adeniyi Ademola, in a ruling on Kanu’s bail application on December 17, ordered his unconditional release from DSS custody having been detained for about two months without any valid charges filed against him.

The PUNCH had reported that the Federal Government had alleged that transmitters for Radio Biafra, spreading secessionist agenda for carving out Biafra region from Nigeria, were found to be installed on MTN masts in Enugu and Anambra states between April and May 2015.

No new date has been fixed for the arraignment of the accused persons.

Shiite Sentenced To Death For Forming Terrorist Group by Emlr(f) : 7:41 pm On Jan 01

For forming a “terrorist group” that killed two people, including a policeman, a Bahraini court has sentenced a Shiite citizen to death and jailed 22 others for life. This is the second of such ruling this week in the tiny Sunni-ruled Gulf kingdom, where members of the Shiite population have led an uprising.

The court, in its ruling on Thursday, also revoked the citizenships of the 23 convicts and fined two of them 200,000 dinars ($530,000/480,000 euros), terror crime prosecution chief Ahmed al-Hammadi said in a statement.

Judicial sources said that all the defendants were Shiite.

16 were tried in absentia. Hammadi said members of the group were convicted of carrying out bombings in two Shiite villages last December. One of the bombings, in Damistan village, killed a Jordanian policeman working in Bahrain under a security and training exchange agreement.

The other one in the nearby village of Karzakan, killing an elderly Bahraini man. Both bombings were carried out by the same “terrorist group” formed by the defendants and “specialised in making explosives to target policemen,” Hammadi said. Meanwhile, an appeals court upheld the death sentence Thursday against a Shiite convicted of forming and leading a similar “terrorist group” that killed a policeman in a bombing in the Shiite village of Aker last year, Hammadi said.

The court also confirmed stiff jail sentences handed down in April to 11 other members of the group. Seven of them have been sentenced to life, and four others to 10 years, said Hammadi in a statement. The appeals court also approved revoking the citizenship of all the defendants convicted of attempting to kill three other policemen.

- These guys who call themselves Shiite should just allow peace to reign in this new year. Please!

See How Gov. Fayose Got Own Share Of Dasuki’s $2.bn Arms Scam – APC by Emlr(f) : 6:04 am On Jan 03

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State has challenged Governor Ayo Fayose to say how much he got from the N1.4 billion allegedly collected from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) by a former minister for the June 21, 2014 governorship poll.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State has challenged Governor Ayo Fayose to say how much he got from the N1.4 billion allegedly collected from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) by a former minister for the June 21, 2014 governorship poll.

Ayodele Fayose led thugs to beat up judges
The APC claimed that part of the slush funds was used to rig the election in Fayose’s favour.

In a statement yesterday by its Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun, the party said: “We are aware that Fayose at that time acquired a N750 million building in a choice area of Abuja from the proceeds of this fund.

“We are equally aware that Fayose submitted a bill of N30 billion to former President Goodluck Jonathan as the amount required to unseat former Governor Kayode Fayemi.

“A certain amount was approved for the project out of which soldiers, who were used to rig the election, were paid as well as electoral officials who released the soft copies of sensitive materials to Fayose.

“It was when a newspaper reported that N1.4billion was traced to a former minister to rig Ekiti and Osun elections, it was at the same time the said ex-minister ‘sneaked’ out of the country for ‘further education.’ Governor Fayose also travelled out about the same time.

“We are demanding that the governor should tell Ekiti people how much he received from the Armsgate money and the property he acquired with the fund.

We also call on the EFCC to beam its searchlight on Fayose to know how much is traceable to him and the governor of a neighbouring state who coordinated the disbursements of the funds.”

The APC spokesman said the party was aware that the governor had become paranoid and jittery since the newspaper reported the amount traced to the former minister.

He added that all those who shared the arms money should be investigated and prosecuted

TRAGIC! See How Nigeria’s Military Killed 4 Children From Same Parent In A Day(So Heartbreaking) by Emlr(f) : 6:16 am On Jan 03

A report has emerged of the how Dr Waziri Isa Gwantu, a lecturer at the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Kaduna state, lost four of his children in one day.
The incident which occurred on December 13, 2015, during the spat between military men and the Shi’ites sect in Zaria remains a dark day for the university lecturer as his three boys and a girl, all undergraduates, were mudered in cold blood.
During an interview with Vanguard, Dr Waziri looked utterly devastated by the loss of four children in one swoop and was close to tears but found solace in his religion which preaches that nothing can happen to any man except it is sanctioned by God.
“It was the first day of the month which our prophet, Mohammed was born so we usually organize Maulud Programme on the first day of the month. On that very day, I took my children in my car to the venue Of the Programme. But on getting to a certain point, I heard gun shots and the roads were blocked.
“I asked and was told that there was a misunderstanding between the military and the Shiites. I wasn’t surprised hearing this because six months before then, our sheikh had informed us that he got security reports that the military was trying to perfect a scenario where they would tell the world that the military was attacked by the Shiites and then use that as an excuse to descend on every member of the movement.
“Bearing that in mind, I decided to take the children to the Sheikh’s house thinking that would be a safe place to stay until the crisis subsided after which we would then go back for the Programme. I dropped them and went back to the house at about 5pm leaving an instruction that when the Sheikh is ready for the Programme, they should call me,” the lecturer narrated.

On receiving the call, Waziri’s expectation was dashed as he did not envisage what he heard from the other end of the phone.
He said: “One hour later, he called me to say he had been shot in the leg. I could hear gun shots in the back ground. At about 1 am, l got another call but this time from my daughter to inform me that she was shot on her belly. She was crying and I couldn’t go to help them because the roads leading to the residence was blocked.
“On the following day, my eldest son called to tell me that there were corpses everywhere and he was among the few surviving souls in the place. I encouraged him to keep praying and as we were talking, he informed me that they were approaching him with guns and that he isn’t sure his father will get to speak with him again . Shortly after, the line went off. He was also killed.
“The one that first called me on Saturday night told me that he was dying because of the loss of so much blood. I was devastated because I could not go to help them. I called Reverend Father Matthew Kukah to appeal to government to stop the killing in Zaria. I also called Reverend Hayap in Kaduna and reported to him what was going on.”
On whether the sect members were the first to provoke the military to action, the lecturer wondered why people who accused the Shiites of keeping weapons were not able to produce one single victim among the security forces that were said to have been attacked.

“We don’t believe in weapons. We don’t believe in killing. We are not ISIS or Boko Haram who call themselves Sunnis.
“What is even more painful is that after killing these children, they denied us access to their corpses so that we could pray for them and bury them appropriately. They were buried in mas$ graves. What offense have we committed to deserve this kind of oppression? Even Boko Haram that are known to be the worst killers in the world are not treated this way.
“Jesus Christ was killed according to the biblical narration. How did his mother take it? She left things to God. Prophets of God were killed in the past. All the children of Prophet Mohammed were killed. They referred everything to divine justice. We have overcome it. We have left everything to God,” he stated sorrowfully.
Waziri also left a message for the federal government: “I have fourteen children so the government still has ten more to kill. If they think that killing will kill an ideology, they are in for surprise”

Reason Why You should Never Involve or Patronize Prostitute/Sex Worker

I find this silly. Why will you patronize or involve in s*x with a prostitute. Do you even know what you are doing. Some people even think This is how they satisfy thier sexual urge forgetting the danger in It.

(1) Number one Reason, It is a Sin. Wether you are christain or Muslim. Almighty Allah mention this in the Holly Quran. Adultry is a sin and any form of it. Involving in it is like you are disobeying God

(2) You Are Prone to STDs: some people will even go to an extent of not using cond*m. Do you think you are the only one that use that hole. Many people like you also uses it on daily basis and you dont have any idea about them. My brother save your self and dont die young.

(3) Wasteful spending: Why spending thousands on prostitute when you have wife at home. Use this money on your wife and even your kids. If you keep your wife in good shape, trust me any prostitute wont attract you.

(4) Spiritual Problem : You hardly know the prostitute you involve with. I dont really believe this, but i remember my Dad telling his friends how a co-worker contract spiritual problem through s*x worker

(5) Family Outbreak : save your kid's future, How will your children or wife feel when they learnt you are visiting prostitute. The love the children have for thier father may reduce and even this may lead to family outbreak.

(6) This list is not complete. Pls add yours.
