Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola says his side can still get better and if that was not a possibility, there was no point.

The Cityzens have taken s stunning lead to the top of the Premier League table, littered with goals and three wins from three in Europe.

Guardiola has stated the 7-2 thrashing of Stoke was the best of his career, but believes they can do better.

“I said many times over the last weeks, we played good in the last games but always we can improve,” Guardiola said.

“That is the reason why we are here – if we believe that it’s done it makes no sense to keep going, to stay.

“Always we can do better. Hopefully we can maintain that level in the next games.”
