Alex Rodriguez went a step further in celebrating his lady when he presented her with a 3-step birthday cake again.

The former New York Yankees alongside his daughters Ella, nine, and 12-year-old Natasha, 

The hunky man posted an emotional tribute to his woman on Monday, with an image of the dynamic duo surrounded by their bumper broods.

He said: 'Wishing a happy birthday to this amazing human being who lights up my world every day. Te amo muneca!'
