Jacklyn Smith popularly known as Jacky Oh, internet personality, TV star and partner of American comedian DC Young Fly, as passed away following complications from cosmetic surgery. The 32 year old mother of 3 had shortly before her death in a subsequently deleted tweet posted that she was in Miami to get a "Mommy Makeover". A BET Media Group spokesperson confirmed Jacky O' tragic passing in a post on Wild N' Out's Facebook page Thursday afternoon. It's alleged that Jacky Oh suffered a heart attack in the middle of her procedure, this leading to her death.

Jacky Oh was well-known on social media and YouTube in addition to her role in the MTV series Wild ‘N Out. Jacky Oh and DC Young Fly were romantic partners for 8 years and shared three children together. DC Young Fly had reportedly been in Atlanta shooting new episodes of Wild 'N Out when he found out about his longtime partner's death. Wild 'N" Out" is a sketch comedy and rap battle improv series created and hosted by Cannon. It first aired on MTV in 2005. It is now in its 19th season and airs on VH1.
