For actress Anne Hathaway, she revealed that she prefers not to be called by her first name.

The 38-year-old celebrity, winner of the Oscar for best-supporting actress in 2013 for her work in 'Les Miserables' (2012), revealed her discomfort with her own name and the causes for that discomfort in an interview with presenter Jimmy Fallon.

She said: “The only person who calls me Anne is my mother and she only does that when she's really mad at me, but really mad. So every time I go out there and someone calls me I think I'm going to get scolded. Someone yells 'Anne!' and I wonder 'what have I done?'

Years ago, during a dance routine for “Will Rogers Follies” my partner and I stumbled, fell down. We jumped back up, laughed, continued on as if nothing happened. Later, I found out the audience thought it was staged, part of the performance. Another night, a colleague came down with a bad case of food poisoning. Turned out to be The Night of Living Hell.
