Happening Now: Fire has engulfed the ICT building of the Federal University of Technology in Owerri, Imo State. The scene of the incident   A Facebook user identified as Maduekwe Ebuka Collins, has taken to the social networking platform to share photos of a fire incident currently happening at the Federal University of Technology (FUTO) in Owerri, the Imo state capital.   Ebuka posted the photos and wrote; "Futo ICT on fire.
