The NYSC picture in question

This is a picture of an official of the Man 'O' War training a lady on body fitness at the National Youth Service Corp orientation camp.

The lady leaned against a tree as the trainer held one of her legs high in the air close to her head with the lady enduring the slight pains with her eyes closed.

The innocent picture has raised eyebrows online with some individuals making jokes out of it. Plus-sized women have been advised never to try this at home as their bodies might not take the flexibility and stress.
