Ciara has dragged her ex-fiance Future to court for missing out on visits with their son, Future Jr.

According to TMZ, the singer claims that the rapper has not been showing up on scheduled visits with their three year old, adding that when he does, it was always at the last minute. In fact, she said he only shows up 37%, thereby messing up her own schedule.

The mother of two went on to add that she flies their son to Georgia to visit his father, but the boy ends up spending the majority of his time with his grandma or great-grandma instead of the father. The frequent flights also often messed up the boy’s health, so much that he suffered emotional breakdowns at school.

And this is why she has taken the rapper to court: to create a convenient schedule that would work for both her and their son.

Future had yet to react to this as at press time.
