1. Clean out all the junk left behind by browsersTo do this, you can use the Disk Cleanup utility included on the Windows systems, or download a freeware program such as CCleaner to do it. 2. Search and destroy spywares and virus on your PC.AVG antivirus is a very good bet to clean viruses or spywares. 3. Defragmenting your hard drive monthly to keep your computer running smoothly. A tool called Magical Defrag also exists, which automatically defrag your system during periods of inactivity. To defragment your hard drive press window key + letter E key it will show my computer details. Click on the hard drive and right click,go to properties and press enter a pop up window will come up. You click on tools. Click on optimize and follow the instructions given. 4. Uninstall apps that you no longer used and also delete any music or video that is unnecessary. The more free space your computer has, the faster it will go. To uninstall apps press window key +letter R key. A pop up window will come up and type in appwiz.cpl. It will automatically show all the apps installed on your hard drive. 5. Disabling unnecessary start up apps will also do the trick.press window key + letter R key and type msconfig. Ccleaner is also fit for the task.once the apps is run goto tools and startup 2 start disabling.
