A Nigerian journalist has raised an alarm after spotting a half-naked woman near the Army headquarters in Abuja metropolis. According to the broadcaster, Princess Akporaro Enaroseha, the woman who appeared mentally unstable was seen yesterday morning at Area 11, close to the Army base and 5 minutes walk to FCT welfare department.
Princess who was embarrassed by the sight of the topless and homeless woman – revealed that she made an effort to speak with the woman who looked insane before notifying the welfare authorities of her plight.
Online users have reacted to this development with some saying this is a regular thing in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital.
