Woman jailed for having noisy sex by dimexy247(m) : 2:27 am On May 06

A woman has been sentenced to jail for harassing her neighbors with loud noises during s*x for two years.

The culprit, Amanda Marie Warfel from Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment charges for shouting racial slurs at her neighbors after they complained about her furniture shaking during “loud” s*x in the adjacent unit.

Tanya Saylor, the complainant called the police on March 21 to complain that her neighbor was loudly fornicating and banging around her bedroom such that her own bed shook.

According to usatoday.com report, Saylor told the police that she asked Warfel to pipe down because her teenage daughters had school in the morning.

“They don’t sleep well at night. There’s constantly inappropriate things that go on in her bedroom,” she said.

Warfel, 25 had reportedly responded to the mother-of-five’s request by screaming “racist comments” at them through a shared wall.

According to reports, after her terminally ill husband and five children — one of whom has cancer — dealt with the noise for two years, Saylor finally had enough and alerted authorities when the dispute got worse.

“Warfel called my children monkeys and offers them bananas,” Saylor said. “It was a daily thing until she went to prison.”

Saylor is white, but her husband and daughter are black. Though it wasn’t the racial comments that made her alert authorities, it was because of the severe impact the dispute was having on her family.

According to reports, the harassment got to a point where Saylor had to provide headphones for her children in order to block out the naughty noise from Warfel.

“She harassed my kids for two years. I shouldn’t have let it go that long. I should have started calling the police a year ago,” she said.

Warfel, who was on probation for a previous felony prison assault, was sentenced to 45 to 90 days in jail in York County Prison.

FLASH| I Caught My Wife in Bed With Her “Brother” by dimexy247(m) : 2:32 am On May 06

A 40-year-old man, Mr Sunday Oladipupo, has asked an Orile Agege Customary Court in Lagos to dissolve his marriage with Bukola over alleged adulterous behaviour by his wife.

” I caught my wife in bed with her supposed brother, I want a divorce, ” Oladipupo, a driver, told the court on Thursday.

The complainant lives at 7, Nmbosi Avenue, AIT Road, Alakuko, a suburb of Lagos told the court.

“I caught my wife red-handed with a man she introduced to me as her brother, they were both naked and in the act.

“She pushed me to beating her because I always feel jealous anytime I see her with another man.

“Before I kill her and myself, it is better we part ways,” he said.

Oladipupo claimed that Bukola did not respect him and left home at will and returned when she liked.

He said that his wife left home since September 2015 with his children, aged four and nine years.

“She was pregnant when she left my house but the most painful part was that her man friend called me on phone and told me to ask my wife about the paternity of our two children,” he said.

The complainant told the court that he was tired of the union and wanted a divorce.

However, Bukola denied the allegation but supported the dissolution of the union.

“I am not adulterous and I was not pregnant when I left his house in 2015.

” I left home because he beat me anyhow, I did not have peace of mind with him, I am tired of the marriage, I support the dissolution,” she said.

The Court President, Dr Kayode Whenu, told the couple to maintain the peace and adjourned the matter to May 10 for further hearing. (NAN)

HOW TO STOP PREMATURE EJACULATION CONTINUED

just because you can't satisfy her. Check out what you really need to do and have total control on your sexual life.

Premature ejaculation (PE), which I prefer to call early ejaculation, is the most common sexual problem facing men under 40. While it’s important to understand the physical and emotional causes of PE, it might appeal to the male “fix-it” nature instead to suggest certain techniques known to slow or stop PE.

I refer to these techniques, which you can teach him so that he can learn to delay his sexual response, as a woman’s special “tool box.” By dipping into the tool box, you can do more than just try to extend his erection — you can further build your relationship and deepen your intimate connection.

Here are seven of the most effective tools.

Deep Breathing

Deep breathing is a form of meditation that can sometimes help control the arousal and tension that lead to early ejaculation. Try to see if he can avoid shallow, short breathing, which speeds up his heartbeat and can trigger EE. Try to get him to spend five seconds breathing in one deep, full breath, hold it for about three seconds, and then exhale for five seconds. If he can do this for about five minutes without breaking the rhythm, he may be able to use it in the bedroom. Plus, focusing on each other’s breathing, and how it rises and falls, can build an intimate connection.

The Stop-and-Start Method

This begins as a solo exercise. Your partner should begin by masturbating alone, bringing himself close to orgasm and stopping. After relaxing, he should continue bringing himself closer and closer to orgasm until he can’t hold it any longer. (Doing this several times by himself without distraction will help him learn where his point of no return is.) When he feels that he has mastered the technique, the two of you should engage in sexual activity that stops short of intercourse.

The Squeeze Method

This method requires one of you to squeeze the base of the p3n!s at the same point that the stop-and-start technique would be used, when he is at the brink of orgasm. The idea is to reduce your partner's erection through squeezing. Just as with the stop-and-start method, your partner should do it on his own first, master it, and then invite you to practice the technique with him.

Kegel Exercises

Kegels aren’t just for women. There’s no better method to strengthen the pelvic region than to create a strong pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle), which can help control ejaculation. The easiest way for him to find this muscle is to see if he can stop the flow of urine when he goes to the bathroom. It’s the PC muscle that he uses to do that. Once he finds it, he needs to practice feeling exactly where it is located and make sure he engages it, rather than using his abdominals, buttocks, or thighs. (These must all stay loose when doing Kegel exercises.) To do Kegels, he will quickly clench and release the PC muscle repeatedly for ten seconds. He should do three sets, with a ten-second break between sets. If he contracts his PC muscle when he’s close to orgasm, he should be able to slow things down.

Tantric Techniques

Sex that is truly explorative is more than just traditional physical pleasure. Try using the tantric techniques of establishing an intimate connection, including when he’s nearing the point of no return. When he approaches that point, he should cease stimulation (i.e., pull out), then contract the PC muscle and lower his chin to his chest (this is important, as it prevents energy from rising too high and making him feel ungrounded). He should then draw in a breath, feeling the warmth of sexual energy rise upwards in his body. Repeat this as needed, until the desire to release is no longer urgent.

Condoms With Benzocaine

The results vary, but climax-control condoms can extend sexual activity and delay a male’s climax as long as five minutes. These condoms have benzocaine in the tip; it’s a mild anesthetic with a slight numbing effect, so it can help to decrease his sexual sensation and bring his sexual response down to a more manageable level. Don’t worry, he can still enjoy sex! And while he doesn’t need the protective benefits of a condom during masturbation, he can try using the condoms in a solo session to see if they help to prolong and control his excitement.

Promescent

Just recently, a new medication for early ejaculation was approved by the FDA. Promescent is a topical medication that is applied to the p3n!s ten minutes before sexual activity, and it helps a man to better manage the sensations of s*x through desensitization. However, unlike other topical medications for early ejaculation, Promescent absorbs below the skin where the nerve endings that control ejaculation are located. A man receives only the dosage needed to control his ejaculation while still allowing him to enjoy the sensations of sex, and since it is absorbed into the skin, it will not negatively impact his partner’s sensations.

Medical Options

Even though your partner may not be depressed, the SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) family of antidepressants, including drugs such as Prozac and Zoloft, may help his EE. The drugs can be taken several hours before sexual activity, and since they inhibit arousal, they can help make it easier for a man to control ejaculation. Before he makes a decision regarding these drugs, which require a prescription, he will need to see either his general practitioner or a urologist; he should also ask about and keep in mind the side effects of SSRIs.

Continuation of 7 Things that are definitely better than Sex

Life isn’t always about big things but also the little things. There are definitely things more gratifying than s*x. We bet some of you are screaming No Waaaay!!! We’re sure you would change your mind after reading these things I have put together

“Don’t worry, it’s already been paid for.”: Anyone no matter how rich they are, would definitely smile inside when they hear the words. Nigerian girls are mostly guilty of this. It feels like the whole world just suddenly stopped to honour you.

Clean bed sheets: Getting into your bed and sleeping in freshly laundered sheets. Even though you might be sleeping alone, nothing feels better than that clean and cozy feel, the sheets hugs with.

Checking your bank account and being able to count six figures: Because in Nigeria, most people only just withdraw from their bank account and hardly ever deposit (blame the economy…LOL), when you are finally able to hit six figures after much saving and you suddenly get an alert, the feeling is too good to put in words.

Not having to set an alarm clock because it is weekend or a public holiday: Nigerians love holidays, that’s a fact. In fact, many foreigners would probably wonder why we have so much holidays. Holidays means no work for an average 9-5 worker and if you live in Lagos, you treasure it a bit more than anyone else in any other part of Nigeria.

Taking off your work boots or heels and slipping on a pair of bathroom slipper after a really long day: because you are oblige to wear them at work, no matter how uncomfortable you get during the day. Sometimes you can’t take them off but imagine getting home and slipping into your ever welcoming bathroom slippershuh How’s thathuh

Peeing after a long time: Luxuriously releasing a full stream pee you’ve been holding in for a very long time, so long you thought you might actually p!ss your pants, embarrassing yourself in front of all.

Sharwama: The first bite of a sharwama, especially when you haven’t had one in a really long time. Especially if it is free or the first sip of a very cold drink after being under the sun for a very long time.

What do you think?

Seven Kano students, driver buried amid tears by dimexy247(m) : 3:11 am On May 06

The seven Kano State students and their driver who died along Lagos-Ibadan expressway were on Thursday buried in Kano amid tears, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.
The funeral prayer was conducted at the Emir’s Palace, Kano, around 9 a.m., and the deceased were buried at the Tarauni Graveyard.

Among those that attended the prayer are: Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje, members of the state Executive Council, other top government officials as well as parents and sympathisers.

The funeral prayer was led by the Chief Imam of Kano, Prof. Sani Zahraddeen, who prayed God to grant the souls of the departed eternal rest and Jannatul Firdaus (The highest Paradise).

He also prayed God to give their families the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

NAN recalls that Ganduje had on Wednesday received corpses of the students and the driver, and described the incident as shocking to the Government and people of the state.

He also described the deceased as heroes who were on a mission to do the state proud.

He prayed God to grant them Jannatul Firdaus and urged their families to take solace in the fact that all mortals would inevitably die.

The seven students and their driver died on Tuesday while returning from Lagos after attending a national quiz competition.

Tinubu, Atiku absent as Buhari meets APC leaders by dimexy247(m) : 7:44 pm On May 06

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday evening met with leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress behind closed doors.

The meeting was held inside the First Lady’s Conference Hall at the Presidential Villa, Abuja started at about 9:10pm and ended in the early hours of Thursday.

Buhari was accompanied by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Babachir Lawal; the Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Babafemi Ojudu; and some other presidential aides.

Party leaders who attended the meeting included the party’s National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun; the party’s Deputy National Chairman, North, Senator Lawali Shuaibu; Deputy National Chairman, South, Segun Oni; President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki; and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.

Others were Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State; Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State; Senate Leader, Ali Ndume; a former Minister of Information, Chief Tony Momoh; Minister of Science and Technology, Ogbonnaya Onu; and the Minister of Agriculture, Audu Ogbeh.

A national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; and former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar were conspicuously absent at the meeting.

The agenda of the meeting was not made public.

At the end of the meeting, both the Presidency and the party leadership refused to disclose details of the meeting to State House correspondents who kept vigil at the venue.

When approached, Ojudu simply said, “It was a meeting of the leaders of the party. What we discussed was very private, there is no communique. We just discussed generally about governance and issues of the party. There is nothing to communicate to you about.”

Odigie-Oyegun also evaded questions when he simply replied, “The meeting was for routine matters, for usual stuff: party, government and everything,” as he made his way out of the venue.

A similar meeting of the party leaders presided over by Osinbajo was held on February 24 at a time Buhari was on a one-week trip to Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

That first meeting was attended by Tinubu, Atiku; former chairman of the party, Chief Bisi Akande; and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yusuf Lasun.

They also did not brief journalists at the end of the first meeting.

NICE ONE!!! NOUN Management Declares Free Education For Prison Inmates by dimexy247(m) : 7:50 pm On May 06

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has granted 100 per cent waiver to prison inmates who desire to further their education across the country.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Director, Media and Publicity of the institution, Ibrahim Sheme.

The statement said the development was in keeping with the institution’s mandate of making education accessible to the less privileged in the society.

It quoted the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Abdalla Adamu, as announcing the grant while receiving his counterpart from the Nigeria/Turkish Nile University, Prof. Huseyin Sert, in Abuja.

The waiver, formerly pegged at 50 per cent, would now enable the inmates have unfettered access to quality education.

The development would also encourage other inmates to take advantage of the initiative to intensify efforts in realising their dreams and improve the quality of their lives.

According to the statement, Adamu described as worrisome the absence of meaningful social support system for inmates to acquire education in the country.

“Having suffered abandonment by relatives, emotional and physical confinement, prison inmates will see such gesture from NOUN as a measure to reduce their burden.

Ethnic Clash: Tension In Aba As An Hausa Man Was Burnt To Death By Angry Mob (Graphic Pics) by dimexy247(m) : 7:53 pm On May 06

At least three people have been killed in Aba, Abia State, in clashes that started at the popular Ariaria Market on Thursday. The clashes began in the afternoon mostly between Igbo traders and their Hausa counterparts, they said.

Reports say that the crisis started after a member of the Hausa community stabbed and killed an Igbo trader who reprimanded him for urinating near his store. Other Igbo traders rounded the assailant and lynched burnt him to death as seen in the pictures. The news of the incident spread to other parts of the town and a mob gathered and attacked the Hausa community around the abattoir located at Ogbor Hill area of Aba.

Meanwhile reports also have it that a soldier shot and killed two young men yesterday. The unnamed soldier in mufti, reportedly went to the abattoir to smoke Indian hemp after which he refused to pay, claiming he was a soldier. The situation led to a fracas with some boys in the area, who insisted he must pay, without knowing that the man was a soldier.

The said soldier reportedly came to the abattoir yesterday with four of his colleagues in a Hilux patrol van and started shooting indiscriminately. There was commotion in the area as butchers and those who came to buy meat scampered to safety and when the shooting died down, a pig rearer, identified as Ojukwu, was found dead.

It was gathered that when some of the butchers, who saw what happened, sought to know from the soldiers what led to their action, that the trigger happy soldiers shot and killed another butcher. The soldiers reportedly beat four others to pulp and forced them into their van and drove off to an unknown destination. Their action angered the butchers as they were joined by other people in a protest that spread to all parts of the city.

President Buhari finally signs 2016 Budget [PHOTOS] by dimexy247(m) : 7:56 pm On May 07

President Muhammadu Buhari has finally signed the 2016 budget.
Buhari’s assent finally brings an end to the controversy surrounding the budget.

The National Assembly had in April transmitted details of the budget to the president after it had passed the bill on March 23, but the President returned the document back, citing omission of certain capital projects. This was worked on and sent back, but again the Presidency refused to sign.

Recall that the Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Jonathan Gaza, yesterday said the corrected version of the 2016 budget has been resent to the President for consideration.

Speaking with journalists at the National Assembly complex, Gaza said the budget was transmitted to the Presidency through the Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senate, Senator Ita Enang.

Available report has, however, revealed that all grey areas have now been addressed and the budget has been signed.

Details later………

Full text of President Buhari’s speech at signing of 2016 Budget by dimexy247(m) : 8:01 pm On May 07

1. It gives me great pleasure today to sign the first full-year budget of this administration into law. I thank the leadership of the National Assembly, in particular, the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and indeed all members of the National Assembly for their cooperation in making this a reality.
2. The budget is intended to signpost a renewal of our commitment to restoring the budget as a serious article of faith with the Nigerian people. This Administration is committed to ensuring that henceforth the annual appropriation bill is presented to the National Assembly in time for the passage of the Act before the beginning of the fiscal year.

3. Through the 2016 budget, aptly titled “Budget of Change’’, the government seeks to fulfill its own side of the social contract. The Budget I have signed into law provides for aggregate expenditures of N6.06trn. Further details of the approved budget, as well as our Strategic Implementation Plan for the 2016 budget, will be provided by the Honourable Minister of Budget and National Planning.

4. I shall be speaking in more details about the Budget, its implementation and the over-all national economic and social policies of the Government in my address on May 29th, God willing.

5. In designing the 2016 budget, we made a deliberate choice to pursue an expansionary fiscal policy despite the huge decline in government revenues from crude oil exports. This is why we decided to enlarge the budget deficit at this time, to be financed principally through foreign and domestic borrowings. All borrowings will however be applied towards growth-enhancing capital expenditures.

6. The signing of the budget today will trigger concerted efforts to reflate the Nigerian economy, a key element of which is an immediate injection of N350bn into the economy by way of capital projects. To illustrate our renewed commitment to infrastructural development, the 2016 budget allocates over N200bn to road construction as against a paltry N18bn allocated for same purpose in the 2015 budget.

7. Despite the current difficulties we will work extra-hard to achieve our revenue projections. Our revenue generating agencies are coming under better management and are being re-oriented. The implementation of the Treasury Single Account (TSA) is expected to contribute significantly to improving transparency over government revenues.

8. Our determined fight against corruption is resulting in improvements in the quality of public expenditure. The work of the Efficiency Unit, as well as other public financial management initiatives, are also contributing in this regard. The continuing efforts to reduce recurrent expenditures should hopefully free up more funds for capital expenditure in 2017 and beyond.

9. As I said in my New Year message, living in State House does not in any way alienate me from your daily struggles. I read the newspapers and listen to the TV and radio news. I hear your cries. I share your pains.

10. We are experiencing probably the toughest economic times in the history of our Nation. I want to commend the sacrifice, resilience and toughness of all Nigerians young and old who have despite the hardships continued to have hope and confidence of a great future for Nigerians. But permit me to say that this government is also like none other. We are absolutely committed to changing the structure of the Nigerian economy once and for all.

11.We are working night and day to diversify the economy so that we never again have to rely on one commodity to survive as a country. So that we can produce the food we eat, make our own textiles, produce most of the things we use. We intend to create the environment for our young peoples to be able to innovate and create jobs through technology.

12. I cannot promise you that this will be an easy journey, but in the interest of so much and so many we must tread this difficult path. I can assure you that this government you have freely elected will work with honesty and dedication, day and night to ensure that our country prospers and that the prosperity benefits all Nigerians. God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Best Free Data Recovery Tools for Windows by dimexy247(m) : 8:00 pm On May 10

Data loss can strike at any time, whether it’s a file you’ve accidentally deleted or a drive error that’s wiped everything out. We will highlight the best free data recovery tools for Windows to help get your precious files back.

Along the way we’ll show you how to check if your data is actually deleted, whether using a data recovery program is suitable for you, along with explaining how they actually achieve what they promise — and no, it isn’t magic.

If you’ve got a free data recovery tool that you recommend then please let us know in the comments section.

The Best Free Data Recovery Programs

Data recovery programs come by the dozen and it’s difficult to pinpoint one as being the best. You might find that one recovers more data than another, but mileage can vary. As such, this is a selection of our favorite free file recovery software.

Recuva
Recuva is from the same folks behind the respected CCleaner. One of the best things about Recuva is how easy it is to use. On launch, a wizard will guide you through the recovery process, asking you to select what type of files you want to recover and in which location.

By default, Recuva will perform a quick scan, which is incredibly fast. But you can perform a more advanced, deeper scan, if that first attempt doesn’t bring up the data that you need.

If possible, Recuva will show you a preview of the file that it’ll recover. This works for most image files, but doesn’t work for something like a PDF. Nevertheless, you can also use the traffic light indicators next to each file to see how likely a successful recovery is going to be.

Handily, Recuva also comes in a portable version, which you can run from a USB drive. This means no installation is required and no hard drive space is used. Remember, you want to minimize the activity on your damaged drive, so this is great, if you don’t have a second drive on your system.

The Moral of the Story: Back Up Your Data
Hopefully one of the data recovery tools listed has reconnected you with your data, even if it’s not all of it. But if you’ve had to go through this process, chances are you weren’t backing up your data beforehand. Or if you were, then not thoroughly enough. Backing up is something that is paramount and one Windows habit you should cultivate.

FG to increase petrol price from N86 per litre by dimexy247(m) : 8:34 pm On May 10

The federal government may soon increase the pump price of premium motor spirit (PMS), otherwise known as petrol.
Oil marketers attributed this to the recent price of crude oil at the international market.

Punch reports that the marketers also complained about the challenge in sustaining the improvement in the supply of petrol across the country.

Lawal Taofeeq, corporate affairs manager of Nipco Plc, urged the federal government to manage petrol subsidy properly in order to ensure adequate sustenance of the present improvement in fuel supply.

He noted that the marginal rise in the price of crude oil could force the government to review the pump price of petrol upwards, particularly should the government insist on not paying petrol subsidy to oil marketers.

“We’ve started importing products. But on sustenance, it depends on how the government handles the issue of subsidy. You know subsidy on petrol has returned and its management will go a long way in affecting fuel supply,” he said.

“Before, there was no subsidy on petrol. But now, considering the rise in crude oil price, there is subsidy despite the fact that the official pump price hasn’t been changed. So, if the subsidy issue is not managed properly, marketers may not want to import the product unless they are sure of their money.

“The government has been using the price modulation technique, and as crude oil price is going up, it will be adjusting the pump price of petrol. Any moment from now, there may be an upward review in the pump price of petrol to take care of the rise in the price of crude oil in the international market”, he added.

Must Read!! Three Important Things to Consider Before Having S*x with Your Partner by dimexy247(m) : 9:05 pm On May 10

S*x is an act that should be carefully considered before being ventured into by partners to avoid mistakes.

S*x is a way to express love and attraction, which is why it helps solidify emotional intimacy
The hookup culture in modern society makes it look like s*x is the best way to finding the right one. This has totally damaged the dating culture in out society because relationships are now more focused on sexual intimacy than emotional intimacy.

Women tend to disregard emotional intimacy which includes sharing each other’s experiences, opinions and feelings and would feel guilty about not jumping into bed too soon with a guy they like.

As much as physical intimacy is important, there’s always a reward for waiting. Inspired by YourTango, here are three things to consider before having s*x with your partner.

1. Are you both interested in staying together in long-term commitment:
S*x is a way to express love and attraction, which is why it helps solidify emotional intimacy. You have to first see yourself in a committed relationship with your partner otherwise, save yourself the heartbreak.

2. Are you satisfied with where you both stand:
Emotional security is constantly overlooked by most people and if you can’t honestly give a ‘yes’ to if you are both secure then you should reconsider the s*x. idea.

3. Do you both share the same ideas and values:

A report by the DailyMail UK has listed some Nigerians as some of those found to have lavish houses in the United Kingdom with proceeds of corruption. See parts of the reports and the photos below:

One of the countries worst affected by corruption is Nigeria, whose recently elected government, under President Muhammadu Buhari, has taken unprecedented steps to root it out.

It has appointed an anti-corruption panel, whose executive secretary, Professor Bolaji Owasanoye, has long campaigned on the issue.

Britain, he said yesterday, had been a bolthole for numerous corrupt Nigerians, including former provincial governor James Ibori, jailed for 12 years in 2012 at Southwark Crown Court for money-laundering.

He added: ‘It’s great Mr Cameron is taking this seriously. But Britain isn’t doing as much as it should, in terms of ending the secrecy and making its banks more accountable.’

Eleanor Nichol, anti-corruption campaign leader of international investigation group Global Witness, said an area three times the size of Greater London is already owned by foreign companies: ‘The Government has the power to force the dependencies like the BVI to set up public registries, but seems unwilling to do so.

There is corruption behind several houses on one street – The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead – known as ‘billionaires’ row’.

They include a housebought by Nigeria’s late Abubakar Audu, a former provincial governor who went on the run after he was charged by the country’s Economic Crimes Commission.

Nigeria, it has now emerged, is to introduce a new register of property holdings and the companies to which they belong – transparency that, so far at least, goes further than the UK.
