The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has released new information about Mark Salling’s death.

E! News obtained documents on Monday, which confirmed that the Glee star’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was 0.095 percent at the time of his death, which is considered proof of intoxication under state law.

The toxicology report for Mark (35), who died on the 30 January 2018 from asphyxia by hanging, showed there were no traces of drugs in his system, reports People.

His death came just before he was to be sentenced for possession of child pornography.

Mark was arrested back in December 2015 after federal investigators reveal they found more than 25 000 images and 600 videos depicting child pornography on computers that belonged to Mark, reports Daily News.

The report also detailed what the actor did the last night before his death. Mark was apparently last seen alive while watching television with his father, John, in the living room.

According to Fox News, his mother, Condy, then noticed that her son and his car were missing around midnight. His roommate  found his house arrest tracking device “down the street”.

Mark’s body was found around 9:00 the following morning.
