So Am Getting a bit fat, which is what am currently working on Hitting the Gym Every morning before i come back to blogging, and last week i paid a visit to a friend here in PH, and she was like Ebiwali you are getting too fat oh, Hian its because you drink to much water..

I laughed really hard, Cos i know its never water, water doesnt make you fat, As a matter of truth, ya’ll need water more that any other thing..

You need to take at least 10glasses of water on daily basis, Else the above picture is what your kidney would look like..Godforbid, you say?
Now, what you see is called Kidney stones, they usually fill in when your body dont get enough water to sustain your heart, and its very dangerous to have such an amount..

So drink water today, and save your life, especially those that smoke alot.. Thank me later..

See reactions below!
